"Norman McKague Dies at Outlook
"Aged 79, George Norman McKague died in Outlook hospital on Tuesday. Mr. McKague came to the Outlook country with his father about 60 years ago. After farming there for some years the family moved to Saskatoon where they established McKague's Funeral Home, and for many years three brothers were associated with their father in operating the business here. Around 1940 Mr. McKague moved to Outlook where he had a funeral home business. Only one brother, Percy, now survives, the other brother, Harry, of the present McKague's Funeral Home firm died a few years ago. Survivors are Mr. McKague's wife, Gladys and three daughters, Mrs. R. (Dorothy) Grimsby, Ont., Mrs. Art (Marion) McComb, Saskatoon, and Mrs. Art (Norma) Derdall, Outlook. Two sisters, Ethel and Florence, as well as Percy, live in Saskatoon. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery."372 |
