Research Notes
BIRTH: Eliza's birthdate is confirmed with no place given.15 She is shown on the 1851 census as 40, born in Ireland,17 and on the 1871 census as 61.18 Her parentage is not certain. Family notes indicated that she was the daughter of Robert J. BIBBY,7 but the dates make this impossible. Our tentative conclusion is that she was his sister, which would make her parentage as shown here.

DEATH: Eliza's date of death is also wrongly given as Jul 17, 1839.10
