| John bought the Richards farm near Castleton on Feb 21, 1856 (Lot 32, Concession 8, Cramahe Twp). He assigned it to his son John Bibby Richards in 1876.10 His daughters later operated a carpet factory on this property and helped put their brother Nicholas Dennis through medical school. N.D. later (April 8, 1903) bought some of them a house in Castleton,7 which was (unknowingly) acquired by Rick & Wanda McKague about 1995.20 Apparently only Mary Rebecca and Wilhelmina lived there.9 | ||||||||||||||||||
