He immigrated to the US in 1884 (appears to be an error for 1864),and was naturalized in 1887 (another error for 1867?).427 Another source says he immigrated in 1885.634 He was living in Antelope County, Nebraska at his marriage in 1882.637 In 1920 he was living in Jennings LA US with his daughter Alice and her family; Mary does not appear in the household.427 In 1930 he and Mary were living in Jennings with his son Frederick and family.634
